Sunday School is an important part of the week for teenagers because it gives them the opportunity to expand their knowledge of God's Word. Sunday School consists of prayer, sword drills, doctrine, Bible lessons, and review games. Through Sunday School, Teen Focus strives to offer teenagers a better understanding of God's Word and how to apply this new understanding to their own lives.

Currently, Teen Focus is doing a "Through the Bible" series beginning with the Old Testament.
