II. PEOPLE OF THE YOUTH MINISTRY

    A. Parents

        1. God has given parents, not a school or church,

            the duty of raising their children.

        2. Under God and His Word, parents have the

            final authority for their own children.

    B. Pastor

        1. God has ordained the pastor to guide and to

            direct Christians, both young and old.

        2. The pastor is an active advisor to the youth

            pastor and takes part in the decisions made

            for the FOCUS Youth Ministry.

    C. Youth Pastor

        1. God has ordained the youth pastor to work

            specifically with the younger generation,

            although he is to love and care for the entire

            church.

        2. He gives a “helping hand” to parents who

            desire to train their children in the Lord.
