Ministry Experience: Pastor Gary Hughes has proved himself to be consistently faithful. He loves and proclaims the truth of Gods' Word. He has a loving heart and cares for the growth of fellow believers. Pastor Gary graduated from Piedmont Baptist College with a bachelor of Theology in 1984 and has been in the pastoral ministry for over 22 years. Aside from his pastoral duties he is also heavily involved with Rich Acres Baptist Church's choir, maintenance, and visitation.

Ministry Experience: Russ graduated from Pensacola Christian College and worked as a volunteer Youth pastor for three years before joining us in August of 2007. Russ oversees Teen FOCUS, which includes the youth Sunday School, Wednesday night youth group and youth activities. He also oversees the children's church ministry.

Ministry Experience: Brian has been the director of Master Clubs for five years. Brian also organizes events for the juniors such as the yearly camp out and lock-in. He teaches on occasion as a substitute Sunday School teacher. Brian is also Rich Acres Baptist Church's Music leader. He leads the congregational singing and the choir. As a deacon, Brian helps with the communion and is personally responsible for one-fourth of the congregation.

Ministry Experience: Joe has been heavily involved with the maintenance upkeep of Rich Acres Baptist Church as well as our weekly visitation. Joe is a faithful choir member and a substitute Sunday School teacher. He also fills the pulpit when Pastor Gary is away. As a deacon, Joe helps with the communion and is personally responsible for one-fourth of the congregation.

Ministry Experience: Kevin is responsible for heading up the Men's Prayer breakfast each month. He is a choir member, works in Children's Church, helps with the bus and van ministries when needed and helps in Master Clubs. He also helps with maintenance projects. As a deacon, Kevin helps with the communion and is personally responsible for one-third of the congregation.
